GB0FLB, Frontline Branchline Station, Havenstreet Railway Station, Saturday 30th June & Sunday 1st July 2007. Over the two days of the event, a total of 227 contacts were made. The majority of contacts were made on 40 mtrs. but 80, 20 and 17 mtrs. were also utilised when, at times, 40 mtrs. became too noisy and crowded. Whilst most of the continent was covered, it was pleasing to be able to make many contacts with UK Stations. Operating conditions: Icom 718 Transceiver, 100 watts into a full sized G5RV, at a height of about 30 ft., in a 'flat top' configuration.
